Services Provided > Master Planning and Site Development HIM has assisted many evangelical ministries develop master plans and site planning to meet their particular needs and best suit the site that they have. With an understanding of how people and vehicular circulation work in many areas of the world we can help a ministry develop the most efficient use of their property and building locations. We have provided this service to many Christian Camps, school campuses, hospital compounds, mission headquarters and many other numerous ministries around the globe. HIM has provided building designs in over twenty five countries around the world as well as several projects in the United States . We are experienced in finding out what are the client's needs and developing them into a building plan which will work efficiently and be aesthetically pleasing. We not only examine typical spatial needs and cost constraints during the planning process, but also respond to the client ministry's vision and goals by sharing a common evangelistic purpose with the clients it serves. We will develop preliminary drawings so our clients can see how their building will look and function. These drawings can also be used for the fund raising process if necessary. After the preliminary drawings are approved by the client we can develop construction drawings tailored to who will be doing the construction as well as to where the project is located. We also have several volunteer engineers who assist us when there are particular special engineering needs to a project. Our desire is to provide a building which will function efficiently to meet their needs as well as be sensitive to the culture in which it is built. HIM has provided consulting services to many ministries relating to their facility needs. We have provided consultation to ministries as to the feasibility and /or appropriateness of buying a piece of property or renovating an existing building. We have also provided spatial planning, and we have associates of HIM which can assist in interior design and engineering depending upon their specific needs. Some of our missionaries have also spent time overseeing the construction of projects overseas and in the United States .
