Dale Slusser
Dale grew up at Milton Hershey School , a school for disadvantaged children in Hershey , PA , where he came to know the Lord through Child Evangelism Fellowship Bible club. He has a bachelor's degree in Education (Library Science) and an associates degree in Architectural Technology. While working for architectural firms in the Lancaster , PA area, in the mid 1980's he learned of HIM, a place where God could use the talents and abilities that He had given Dale. He began his service with HIM in 1987.
Dale works in the Planning and Design Department as a draftsman, designer, and Assistant Coordinator utilizing his God-given gifts and talents for mission organizations in the US and abroad . He is thankful that the Lord has provided this opportunity of service.

David Foerster, R.A.
David was born and raised in the Greater Detroit area in Michigan and received his Masters of Architecture degree from the University of Michigan . After working in two different architectural firms over the next 8 years in Michigan , David moved to Portland , Oregon to attend Seminary at Multnomah Biblical Seminary and received a Masters in Pastoral Studies in 1997. In 1999, David joined HIM and began raising his support and has served as an Architect in the Planning/Design ministry since. David also spent 5 months in Thailand overseeing the construction of Grace International School in Chiang Mai , Thailand in 2003. Beginning in October, 2005, David will return to Thailand with his wife and they will base their ministry out of Chiang Mai, focusing their efforts on that area of the world. His wife, Liz, has been a missionary with Wycliffe Bible Translators since 1985 and has lived most of the last 9 years in Thailand .
